I offer four high-impact presentations designed to build the mental toughness, emotional intelligence, and internal resilience necessary for elite performance.

Athletes often become victims of their own "inner critic." This session teaches them that thoughts are not facts—they are tools.

2. Emotional Resilience & The 4-Point Reset Method
Emotional Control Under Fire

When “shake it off” & “Get the next one.” Just doesn’t motivate the players to reset and focus back in.

No one has ever actually taught these players how to handle failure in a helpful & reassuring way. Mental beat downs, tight muscles, low focus & confidence usually follows.

I teach athletes my proprietary 4-Point Reset Method to regain their composure and realign themselves in seconds.

The Error: Recognizing what a player usually thinks and feels, they learn how to process their emotion then focus back in.

You can't become play at your full potential without a road map.  Most athletes have "dreams," but few have "systems." We move beyond the "I want to win" cliché and build a roadmap.

The Focus: We work on team & personal goals, find their actions, brainstorm what’s going to get in their way & how to have an answer for those distractions.

The Result: Increased focus in practice and a learned internal motivation to hit their goals that doesn't require coach intervention.

Developing Failure Tolerance for Ultimate Success

In the age of social media, athletes are constantly comparing their "behind-the-scenes" to everyone else's "highlight reel." This leads to "Compare and Despair" syndrome. They also learn that failure is part of their sport, how are they going to learn from it?

The Focus: Building a "Failure Tolerance." Understanding that growth is found after failure. The number of times you are willing to fail then learn & practice, the better player you become. Also how social media can take a player down so fast & how to overcome this.

FAQ

What sports and levels do you work with?
After your team has learned the foundations of mental performance coaching (2 presentations) they will get a link to work with me in their email for 1 on 1 for 20 minutes for $35 per zoom session.  We dive deeper into their individual issue on the field and make the adjustments to improve quicker and with less confusion.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Virtual sessions can be highly effective when they’re interactive and paired with simple practice integrations. In-person options may be available depending on location and schedule.
Can players work with you one on on?
Yes!  If you have some players that would like to dive into their problems individually, since they already know the base material they can sign up for the VIP Athletic Zoom Sessions (20 minutes) to work on their individual struggles.  (for $35 a session)
