Let's go to WORK!

Hi there, I help High School & College Athletes QUIET their inner critic so they can FOCUS IN & EXCEL on the field!

"I never lose.  I either win or learn."

Hi there, I'm Megan

I'm a Mental Performance Coach for athletes.  I show you how you can play with increased confidence and consistency on the field.

If you're a player who wants to perform at the next level, but has lost the belief  you can get there, read on… you're in the right place.

As a former High School and Collegiate Softball player with international experience in Europe & Australia, I've been in your shoes & know exactly how to help you play with inner strength & authority to up your game.

The tools I teach my clients today are literally a game changer for their sport!  I would have loved to have these tips when I was playing.  Here's the kicker: it doesn't demand more hustle, physical exhaustion or practice hours.  I focus on training the most critical muscle for improvement: your MIND.  When your mental game is strong, victory follows!

Your self worth is NEVER tied to how you played that day....NEVER!

When the pressure is on & your team is depending on you to make the next right play, your mental preparation will determine your next move on the field.  Your level of FOCUS at that moment is what’s going to make or break you.

I teach you a 3 step process that will help you FOCUS IN to achieve peak performance on the field. These easy tools will help you to:
  • Block out the noise.
  • Make the play under pressure.
  • Have unshakable confidence with yourself.
  • Be able to control the controllable.
  • Stop the blame game when you make a mistake.
  • Have your own back on the field.
  • Celebrate your hard work, progress & success.
What it means to quiet your inner critic:

1. Not internalizing all your thoughts.
2. Dropping the victim mentality that things are happening to you.
3. Releasing the thought,  that "you're not good enough"
4. Being able to see what actually happened and learn from it.
5.  Starting to listen to your inner coach who knows best.
6. Builds confidence inside yourself.
7.  Being able to drown out the "noise" & Focus in.
8. Trusting your body to know how to play the game.
9.  Not judging yourself for your thoughts.
10. Loving the sport you were meant to play.

We spend 100s to 1000s of hours training our bodies to play, but not enough time is spent training our minds!  You don’t need more technical training. You need more mental training. Your mind is a muscle that needs to be worked even more then the muscles of your body. This takes time & I can take you by the hand and show you how it's done, and.....it's so easy!
